FAQ GENERAL INFORMATION
Are members on this site screened? There is no way that we can do extensive background checks on members and we expect you to understand that. Please use your common sense and follow the guidance we give in the Safety section on this site. However, there are some options that we encourage members to take which involve them sending us information to corroborate their identity. There are 2 levels which we identify with the following icons shown on their profile.
Setting up a mobile phone contract involves more security features than credit cards. Even pay-as-you-go accounts require the validation of the user’s home address. Providing this information means the member agrees to any address verification procedure we may choose to employ.
Printing out our automated form and posting it back to us with a copy of their plastic driver’s licence or the photo page from their Passport, provides further proof of their sex, age and appearance, as well as a 2nd method of confirming their address details.
What is the difference between Guest and Premium memberships?Guest membership normally means limited site features, significantly Guests may not normally initiate contact with Premium members, other than send IceBreakers and may not use the Chat rooms. Premium members have unrestricted use of the site's features. However during the initial launch phase all Founder Guest members will be given full access to the site for 3 months once the beta trials have been completed.

What is the difference between searching and SmartMatching? Searching provides you a list of our members' profiles based on broad criteria you specify at the time of the search. SmartMatching on the other hand, is our two-way process that locates all of the members who match what you are looking for AND narrows that list to those members who are looking for people with a profile like yours. No time wasted browsing profiles that mean nothing to you. We deliver you the best of the best, the cream of the crop. You create a SmartMatch saved search when setting up your profile and can easily edit those criteria whenever you like.

Only Premium Members can fully contact other members via email, text and chat; however during the launch phase all levels of member will have full access to all features.
